HUMIX® 50 Steel fibre for concrete reinforcement

The HUMIX® 50 fibres are filaments of cold drawn wires, cut to length with hooked ends, for reinforcement of concrete, mortar and other composite materials.

PACKAGING:
HUMIX® 50 is supplied in 20 kg carton boxes or in 50 kg carton boxes on a pallet, total weight of 1000 kg.

In dry place, in unopened and original package.

HUMIX® 50 FIBRE ADDING INTO TRUCK MIXER:
  • Add fibres into the mixer at drum speed of 12-16 rpm.
  • Add fibres with max. speed of 50 kg / minute
  • Have to mix it properly to achieve the best quality
  • After adding the fibres continue mixing at the highest speed for 6- 8 min.

TOPMIX® Floor surface hardener


TOPMIX® is a pre-blended cementitious powder mixture, containing selected nonmetallic aggregates, special cements and compatible admixtures.

TOPMIX® is used to create durable topping of monolithic concrete floors. Use immediately after pouring concrete slab.

TOPMIX® to be sprinkled on the fresh wet concrete. Repeated power trowelling forms durable, smooth and non-slip surface.

TOPMIX® topping provides increased resistance against oil and grease penetration.
Industrial floors with TOPMIX® dry shake topping are extensively used in warehouses, factories, working areas, shopping centres etc. and generally everywhere, where durable and abrasion resistant surface is required.

POLIMIX® Polypropylene Fibres

The POLIMIX® polypropylene fibres have been developed specialy for reinforcing the concrete during the first 10-12 hours of the hardening process. Suitable for cement based mortar, estrich, etc.

PROCESSING:
When adding 900 grams of fibres per m3 (0.1 %), there is no need to adapt the composition of the concrete. Where greater quantities of fibre are added, the W/C factor should be increased by 5 to 10 % in order to maintain the same working qualities. Ask for usage details.

SAFETY:
No ecological, toxicological or safety risks. Fibres that stick out disappear with polishing. On unpolished concrete, they can be removed with a flame torch.

FF 20 Floor Finishing Liquid for damp insulation

FF 20 (Floor Finishing) seals, protects and cures the surface of cement finished industrial floors. It is used as a final technological layer in order to protect the fresh surface from drying out.

PACKAGING:
FF 20 is supplied in 20 l, 60 l or 120 l cans.

SHELF LIFE:
12 month from the dispatching date in unopened original containers. Protect from frost and high temperatures.

METHOD OF USE:
Spray FF 20 on fresh concrete surface

APPLICATION:
The typical way of useage is to apply it to the top of concrete surface. The area should be divided into adequate parts, where the specified quantity of the material should be used. FF 20 should be applied in two coatings in the total quantity of 0.10 to 0.20 l/m2. The application should be made with a sprayer. FF 20 provides a unified smooth finish.

COVERAGE / YIELD:
5 to 10 m2 / litre, i.e. 0,10 to 0,20 litre / m2 (one coat).

DRYING TIME:
The surface is touch dry after cca. 2 to 4 hours at 20°C. Completely dry after cca. 24 hours at 20°C.
